Do tent prices include setup and takedown?
Yes. The $250 20×20 tent and $500 20×40 tent both include professional setup and takedown.
How is delivery and pickup priced?
It is one combined fee based on one-way road mileage from our private business origin to the event address. The builder estimates the fee from $50 to a maximum automatic amount of $250.
Is my event reserved when I submit the builder?
No. The builder provides an estimate and request. Your date is reserved only after we review availability and setup details and send your rental agreement and invoice.
Can I choose both tents?
Yes. You can select the 20×20 tent, the 20×40 tent, both tents, or no tent.
Can each tent have different add-ons?
Yes. Sidewalls and LED bistro/string lights can be selected separately for each tent.
What information should I provide about the setup area?
Share the setup surface, full address, event times, guest count, and any access or placement details that may affect delivery and installation.
Do LED lights require power?
Yes. When lighting is selected, the builder asks whether an outlet will be within extension-cord reach of the tent.
Do you accept payment through the website?
No. Automatic payment is not collected before Open Invite reviews the request and sends the agreement and invoice.
